HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Tonight will be a quiet night. Going to pop in either Ghostbusters or Hocus Pocus, drink a glass of (organic vegan) wine or three, and enjoy the evening. Tomorrow I am meeting up with some friends for Dia De Los Muertos (LA Day of the Dead) at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Should be fun!

Oooh, Ghostbusters sounds like fun. And quiet nights are good! Although I admit I felt a little lame when someone asked me what I was doing tonight, and my answer was “swimming.” But really, when I look at all the costumes around this college town–slutty nurse, slutty prisoner, slutty cat–a bathing suit isn’t too far off the mark.

P.S. I thought of you while reading the NY Times this morning–they have a really cool article about Seattle.

Yay! The comment function on my blog worked!
The link to the Seattle article is posted in my comment above. Ignore the part where they talk about killing fish and focus on the part where they mention the veg restaurant π

I love the Charlie Brown Halloween story.
Speaking of great stories, your Steve Martin story totally cracked me up!

I love Hocus Pocus, great movie. Great pic of peanuts π
I stayed at home on Halloween. I needed a break because the last 3 halloweens have been intense for me.
