Asian Stir Fry

This meal was surprisingly quick. I had a craving for something from the East, so I dug out some frozen Asian-style vegetable packages from the freezer. So I had a package of Asian veggies and Gyoza, which is a Japanese-style dumpling with veggies inside. I didn’t look too closely at what types of vegetables, but I definitely noticed some broccoli. I stir-fried up the mixed vegetables in a wok, and did the same with the gyoza in a pan. Added some teriyaki sauce and it was ready to go.

I first thought it would be too much to eat, but it was just enough, and it was so good, I kinda wanted more. I bought the Asian-style vegetables and Gyoza at Trader Joe’s for a very decent price.
